2024 PRIDE GUIDE ADVERTISING SHOW YOUR SUPPORT WHILE REACHING TENS OF THOUSANDS IN THE LGBT COMMUNITY

Capital PRIDE is a week-long celebration commemorating the gay rights movement.

The Capital PRIDE Festival is the largest in upstate New York and one of the Capital Region’s biggest events. Each June, Capital PRIDE draws over 40,000 people in celebration of the LGBTQ community. This is the most important advertising opportunity to connect with LGBTQ community members throughout the entire year.

Benefits and Reach: Thousands of readers keep the PRIDE Guide as a souvenir of Capital PRIDE and re-read it throughout PRIDE Week and the entire year. Attendees take special note and remember ads with messages of support, celebration, unity, etc. By associating your message with Capital PRIDE, you directly link with the core identities of this important demographic.

The PRIDE Guide is a conversation piece- attendees notice and share with their friends ads that pique their interest because they are associated with PRIDE. PRIDE Guides are kept as commemorative souvenirs - your ad will be seen, and your message remembered beyond the celebration.

Production Requirements PLEASE READ: All ads should be submitted as an electronic file. PDF or JPEG formats only. All files must be PC compatible. Make sure that all fonts are embedded in PDF files. Image resolution must be 300 dpi. All ads must be submitted in CMYK format and use 100% black – this includes all components and/or layers within the ad.

AFTER YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR PURCHADE, SEND PRINT READY ART FILE(S) TO UPLOADS@CAPITALPRIDECENTER.ORG WITH YOUR COMPANY NAME, AND THE AD SIZE YOU PURCHASED

If payment has not been confirmed, your ad will not run in the guide. If additional graphic requirements are needed, then you will be invoiced $50. Please review the PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS to guarantee placement in Pride Guide. No work will be performed until payment has been received.
